Game Design Documents
A game design document (or game design doc) serves a dual purpose:
- It gives you a chance to solidify your ideas on paper.
- It should give a game development team a center where everyone is "on the same page."
Here is a template to help you get started on your game design document.

This list contains completed game design documents. Some of the games in this list have been implemented several times by GDN members.

These documents are works in progress. Feel free to add ideas, suggestions or even to complete any of these documents. You are also encouraged to start new documents for ideas you might have. To create a document, add a link to the list below with the name of your game idea, then click it to create the page. Use the template to help with the content.
