OK, this is probably a very flawed in some way that I haven't considered. But anyway I have to tell someone lol. Basically how it would work is that with the balance board (or with the nunchucks analogue stick) you can initially choose whether you want the classic board set up (balance board as commonly used facing screen) or the surfing set up (board sideways on)
When you start a match you start in hover mode which means when you tilt you go in that direction, you can switch to speed mode which you control by tilting and the board handles more like a skate board, except that if you tilt forwards you go down if you you tilt back you go up.
in hover mode you can assend and decend by pressing C and Z on the nunchuck.
Your Standard weapon is a lance like weapon, approperately futurised of course, there would also be long range attacks and traps.
The aim is to knock the other guys off the board so this could potentially be family friendly while being cool, play modes will include race and battle.
As tactics go I would think it would have to be just who strikes first gets the point but there will be the mavouevering aspect meaning that you can dodge or escape other peoples attempts at knocking you off your board, but because of this tactical flaw longer range weapons are essential in order to make sure that there is not a stalemate.
